We use UPS as the main delivery service.
Unfortunately, we cannot send to PO BOXES.
All shipments are insured to guarantee they arrive in good condition and are protected against loss during transit. A €10 insurance fee is included for orders over €400. Please note, this fee is non-refundable, whether you return part(value of €400) or the entire order.

Returns
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery
- The return must be registered and sent within 14 days from the delivery date. (If you receive the order on Monday, Tuesday counts as DAY 1.)
